We currently only ship to the United States.

Order Confirmation

After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Order processing will begin upon payment confirmation. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please reach out via our Contact Us page within 12 hours of placing the order.

Order Cutoff Time

The order cutoff time is 5:00 PM CDT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

Transit Time

  • Transit time: 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for free shipping.

Tracking Number

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we can ship your order. Please note that additional delays may occur due to factors like postal delays or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Code

All orders will have a tracking number that we will email to you once your order has shipped. You can also track your parcel directly on our website.

Lost in Mail

We ship all orders with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, held at customs, or returned to us, we will promptly send you a replacement package with priority shipping and full tracking information (if available). Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for applicable shipping situations.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers may have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please review their policy, and if you have specific needs for P.O. Box delivery, contact us to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

All prices are displayed in USD, and all taxes are covered on our end. However, depending on your location and local laws, you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply once your order arrives at its destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for any customs-related delays.
